About This Activity
Description
How does the wool from a sheep or cotton from a plant get converted into fabric for our clothing and household items? Sara Reese will answer that question and discuss the production of silk and linen fabric as well. There will be sample threads and fabrics to touch, and we will discuss the characteristics of each type of fabric.
