About This Activity
Traveling day camp based at Woodend. Have you always wanted to try backpacking? Well now’s your chance! We will spend Monday and Tuesday at Woodend learning how to pack our gear and mapping our route. We will leave on Wednesday for a three-day, two-night trip where we will cover roughly 24 miles of the Appalachian Trail. Hiking boots (with ankle support) and a backpacking pack are required.
