About This Activity

Come build confidence and learn valuable life skills with IMPACT Chicago Self Defense! Instructors from IMPACT will guide participants through their Personal Safety Tool workshop. Participants will explore what safety means to them, identify the strategies they already use, and build on their natural strengths to expand their choices in both challenging and everyday situations. This workshop also addresses Bystander Intervention, with a focus on offering support to a target of boundary violation, affirming their choices and consent. Registration will close on April 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Come build confidence and learn valuable life skills with IMPACT Chicago Self Defense!
