About This Activity
Our introductory fitness meets fun program, the Lil' Lifters concept is all about energy, motivation, affirmation, and building a strong core to improve self confidence and a desire to be active. Parents participate alongside their children in fun and interactive games that promote teamwork, strength, gross motor skills, and fine motor skill work. Players are introduced to friendly competition in a supportive environment where children of all skill sets can participate and win. No class on 11/26/26.
