About This Activity
Ukulele: Strum & Sing Part of our Musical Adventure series is Ukulele: Strum & Sing. Children will enjoy learning the basics of ukulele while continuing the joy of the Musical Adventures. Students will sing, dance, tell stories, explore rhythm instruments and learn children’s songs from around the world This hands-on, engaging class will explore the origins of rhythm, melody, and musical styles from various cultures. An entertaining class designed for young musicians to encourage a lifelong love of music! Ukuleles will be provided for students to use while in the class (for in-school use only). Students are encouraged to buy their own ukuleles to enjoy at home and/or bring to school.
