About This Activity
Fun with Fiber Arts: In this beginner fiber arts class, your child will learn the basics of hand sewing and crocheting. Fiber Arts are versatile mediums that can be used to create anything from clothes, to functional objects, to cute stuffies! Students will create their own cross stitch tapestries, stuffed animals, and simple crochet projects! Building on the skills they learn throughout the session, projects will progress from simpler sewing projects before being introduced to the world of crochet later in the session.
