About This Activity
Yoga Fun: Pose, Balance & Breathe Come join us for learning or continuing your young yogi practice. Enjoy a series of yoga games, partner poses, and meditation strategies. Class will teach students to connect with their breath in order to navigate their world better. Move through poses, a basic flow and work up to a more advanced flow. Parents will be welcome to join for the last day of class. YOGA MAT NOT INCLUDED. Please bring your mat to class each week. Students will learn to clean their mat and space.
