About This Activity
Beginner & Casual Chess (Grades K–6) Perfect for new and developing players. Students learn the rules, basic tactics, and how to play full games with confidence. Classes include fun mini-games, puzzles, and guided play that build focus, sportsmanship, and problem‑solving skills. Skills Covered: piece movement, opening basics, checkmating patterns, tactics, notation, and game confidence.
