About This Activity
Description
Join us for an amazing week of young artists gathering to grow their voice, acting, and dance skills and celebrate their unique selves. Students will study proper musical theatre voice technique from credentialed and certified vocal instructors, observe master classes led by musical theatre professionals, and explore musical theater styles! Solo and ensemble techniques will be learned. The camp will end with students performing in a concert featuring their newly learned techniques and songs. This week-long musical theater intensive is sure to give you all the tools you need to take your stage skills to the next level. Come ready to sing! Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring snacks and a refillable water bottle. $25 Cash materials fee due on the first day.
We have scholarships available to students who meet the Free and Reduced Lunch guidelines, thanks to the North Valley Community Foundation! If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please submit your Lunch Letter from CUSD via email to info@chicorec.com. You may also bring a copy of the letter into the CARD office. Eligible students may use the scholarship for up to 2 camps.
