Description
Welcome to the ultimate summer camp for teens where fun meets wellness! This week-long adventure will be packed with laughter, exploration, and relaxation. Mornings will be filled with giggles and downward dogs during our yoga sessions, where you'll stretch, bend, and maybe even discover your inner yogi superstar. We’ll practice a variety of yoga styles at a level that can be enjoyed by everyone, where no experience is necessary and those with more experience can challenge themselves in a safe and supported way.
After our yoga practice, we will embark on epic expeditions to the nearby creek. Splash around, skip stones, and collect materials for a nature art project. Unleash your inner Picasso as you create masterpieces inspired by the beauty of Mother Nature herself.
This summer camp is all about helping you chill out, tune in, and connect with yourself and the world around you. Whether it's finding inner peace through yoga, bonding with new pals on creek walks, or tapping into your creative side with art, you'll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world – one downward dog at a time.
Come prepared to breathe, move, explore, and create together. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes appropriate for yoga and the outdoors, and bring snacks and a refillable water bottle. Campers will be provided with a yoga mat, a notebook, and art supplies.
