This course will focus on key fitness skills, form and technique. It will also help kids develop as hybrid athletes, equipped to excel in multiple sports and fitness activities. The course will consist of lifting, plyometrics, stretching, and swimming to create athletes that are less injury prone and more apt to succeed in any athletic venture.
Workouts will be done at home! Every three weeks kids will get a new list of workouts and be tested for progress.
The cost for this program is only $120 for members and $150 for non-members. This low price is for the entire years worth of workouts, diet ideas, and in person sessions at the YMCA every three weeks.
Course is one year from the time the program is paid for.
