About This Activity
Description
This is an exclusive class tailored for students with alternative needs. The program will focus on essential gross motor skills, strength, and balance, all through the engaging medium of basic gymnastics. Although our coaches will be in the gym and will provide limited instruction during the class, active participation from parents, caregivers, or aides is required to support and direct the gymnast throughout their learning experience. The class will be primarily centered around free exploration of the gym with a key emphasis on safe, physical play Gymnastics students should wear comfortable athletic attire, ensuring hair is tied up and feet are bare.
