Join be.well and community partner Cincinnati Martial Arts Club for our Martial Arts Series! Martial Arts sessions on Saturdays at TM Berry Friendship Park Pavilion. We will meet at the park on Saturdays weekly at 10:00 AM for 40 minute sessions. Sessions will include drills, punching, kicking, and intro to self defense. Exercise routines, activities, games, and drills will be lead by a martial arts Grandmaster. Martial Arts is free and welcome to all experience and ability levels.
