Description
AIKIDO FOR KIDS AGE 8-10Aikido is a non-competitive, non-violent Japanese Martial Art teaching principles of peaceful resolution of conflict. Kids will learn to empower themselves through discipline of posture, balance, breathing, mental focus. Aikido is not a method of fighting, but method of self-defense. Develop ability to be relaxed, focused, centered, even under stress. Taught by Craig Fife and Joseph Talley at Aikido NW
