Acro Dance Tots is a playful parent/caregiver-and-child movement class that introduces little ones to the foundations of acro dance through music, rhythm, and creative movement. Children will build coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness while exploring basic skills, including rolls, stretches, and beginner tumbling progressions. Students will also develop early musicality and rhythm awareness through songs and movement-based activities that encourage timing and expression.
