About This Activity
Description
Beginning Acro introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of acrobatics using the Acrobatic Arts curriculum. Students develop strength, flexibility, balance, and control while safely learning skills like bridges, rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. The class focuses on proper body alignment, coordination, and confidence in movement.
