Overtime Athletics offers the "Lax-Tastic Lacrosse" program, designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun and supportive environment. This program focuses on essential skills such as cradling, passing, catching, scooping, shooting, and defense. To ensure accessibility for all participants, lacrosse sticks are provided during the sessions.
