Join us for a fun and gentle yoga adventure designed just for little ones ages 3 to 5! In this playful class, children will learn basic yoga poses, practice mindfulness through simple breathing exercises, and enjoy calming meditation activities. Together, we will create a nurturing environment where kids can move, stretch, and build an early love for exercise. Class Sessions: 11/6, 11/13, 11/20, 11/4, 12/11 (5 classes)
