Judo is a popular Olympic Sport that combines throwing and grappling techniques used in mixed martial arts, which empower a student to subdue a stronger opponent. It teaches the importance of cooperating with your partners in order to achieve mutual benefits. Judo builds one's self-confidence through class participation and entry into scrimmages.
