About This Activity
Description
This class will gently challenge the mind and body and is designed to instill respect and character development through the safe a structured discipline of Traditional Karate. As students progress self-defense skills and drills will aid in developing strength, coordination, reflexes and confidence. The curriculum is attention retaining and fun, which includes: basic blocks, strikes, kicks and other skills up through orange belt in preparation for the next level. Belt testing is every three months. Mandatory uniform fee: $60.00 purchased on sight. (Age’s 7 & 8 proof of age may be required), No make-ups or substitutes.
