About This Activity

This activity is closed to further registration.
This class will gently challenge the mind and body and is designed to instill respect and character development through the structured discipline of Traditional Karate. Training will include blocks, strikes, kicks, and forms, with an emphasis on self-defense. The class will be safe, engaging, challenging, and fun. Classes are taught by Sensei Ty Aponte, 6th degree black belt.
