Description
This program introduces the fundamentals of traditional Japanese karate. Asidefrom the health benefits and overall conditioning, the curriculum is well paced and gently mind/body challenging. Students will learn the basics of karate up through orange belt in preparation for the next level, training includes blocks, strikes, kicks and other skills which will elevate ones self-esteem, confidence and instill self-discipline & concentration. Belt testing is every 3 months, Mandatory uniform $60.00 purchased on site.We have served the community since 1977. *No class 7/4.Activity Secondary Category
