This class will gently challenge the mind and body and is designed to instill respect and character development through the safe and structured discipline of Traditional Karate. Training will include blocks, strikes, kicks, and forms, with an emphasis on self-defense. The class will be safe, engaging, challenging, and fun. Because our instructor to student ratio is limited, students are taught in a group class setting and are expected to keep up with the general flow of the class without constant special attention given to any one individual. Belt rank advancement is offered every three months. Classes are taught by Sensei Ty Aponte, 6th degree black belt Shotokan karate.
$60 uniform fee due by the end of the 1st month introductory training.*No Class 11/11 & 11/26
