About This Activity
Description
Students will learn the fundamentals of several styles of martial arts. Self Defense will be taught in a variety of ways to include- precision, effective striking, takedowns, submissions will be taught in this class. There is a $50 uniform fee due to instructor at the first class meeting. Students should bring a water bottle.
