Join us for a fun and gentle yoga adventure designed just for little ones ages 3 to 5! In this playful class, children will learn basic yoga poses, practice mindfulness through simple breathing exercises, and enjoy calming meditation activities. Together, we will create a nurturing environment where kids can move, stretch, and build an early love for exercise. Class Sessions: 1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19 (6 classes)
