About This Activity
Description
A body balancing 45 minute class that incorporates athletic-styled cardio interval training, strengthening & flexibility. Great for all levels, (equipment selection will delegate level of intensity). A chair is used for equipment placement & standing support. (NO seated option for this class. Participants need to be able to stand for the entire class)Location
