About This Activity
Description
Students enrolled in Level 2 must be able to enter the water by stepping or jumping from the side, exit the water safely using a ladder or side, submerge their entire head, open their eyes underwater to pick up a submerged object, and independently float on both their front and back. This course focuses on the front and back glide. Along with rolling over from front to back, rolling from back to front, and treading water using arm and leg motion. By the end, students will be able to swim on front and back using combined strokes and move in the water while wearing a life jacket.Bring an extra towel and a set of goggles if you have them.
