Description
STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is a 45-minute full-body progressive strength workout. During this demo class, we will focus on setting a strong foundation of good technique within a traditional compound strength training structure. This is a 12-week program that we will be adding to our schedule starting April 1. Come check out this new Les Mills program!
