About This Activity
Homework Room – Grades 3–5 The Homework Room will be available for 3rd–5th grade students on Mondays and Tuesdays from 3:30–4:30 p.m. This is a quiet, structured space where students can complete their homework and assignments after school with a teacher present to monitor the room and provide assistance when needed. The Homework Room is not a tutoring session or one-on-one academic support. Students should be able to work independently. The teacher will be available to answer minimal questions, clarify directions, and check that assignments are complete, but will not provide individualized tutoring. The cost is $30 per session, and families will be billed directly to their account for each day their child attends. If a student finishes their homework before 4:30 p.m., they will remain in the Homework Room until dismissal. Please make sure your child brings a book or another quiet activity to work on once their homework is finished. At 4:30 p.m., Homework Room students will be dismissed through carline along with the Enrichment students. Please plan to pick up your child through carline. If your child is not picked up at 4:30 p.m., they will be signed into Aftercare and applicable Aftercare fees will apply. This is a drop in class, you have the option to register for both days or just one of the two days. You will be charged monthly.
