About This Activity
Take the stage and bring stories to life! Bookworms on Broadway is an exciting enrichment class for students in Grades 3–5 who love reading, acting, and performing. Whether you have participated in a school play or are simply looking to build your confidence, this class is for you! Students will explore fun scripts, practice expressive reading, develop characters, use voice and movement, and work together to create engaging performances. Through reader’s theater and theatrical activities, students will strengthen reading fluency, public speaking, teamwork, and stage presence in a supportive and creative environment. No prior acting experience is necessary—just bring your imagination and a love of stories!
