The league is designed to introduce boys and girls to the game of basketball. It was created to provide a safe, fun environment to learn the game through practices, teaching fundamentals basketball skills, sports ethics, and league competition. League participation will be capped at a maximum of 40 teams across all age divisions. A team will consist of 7-10 players. Teams will practice for one hour each week the league will have six weeks of regular season games, played on Saturdays, followed by a single-elimination tournament. Players will receive a jersey. There will be no practice or games the week of June 28- July 4.
Free Agent Registration
Free agent players will be placed on a team based on information provided at registration, if and when a coach volunteers. If you would like to volunteer to coach, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department. Staff will email practice and team details once free agent player has been placed on a team. If staff is unable to place a free agent player on a team, a refund will provided. Service fees assessed online are non-refundable. Free agent registration will end a week early on April 17 to help accommodate team placement.
