From coast to coast, young chefs will explore the stories, flavors, and fun of America’s diverse food culture! Each day, campers “travel” to a new region, cooking iconic dishes, discovering local ingredients, and celebrating the farmers and food producers who feed our nation. It will be a delicious journey across America, all from the classroom kitchen! A separate $60 supply fee is due by card to the instructor on the first day of class. Click here to register.
