Step into the kitchen and experience life behind the counter! Each day, young chefs will “open” a new kind of restaurant—from a neighborhood bakery to a food truck, a cozy bistro, and a gourmet fine dining spot. Campers will shop for ingredients, cook, plate, and serve their creations while learning real culinary skills and restaurant teamwork! A separate $60 supply fee is due by card to the instructor on the first day of class. Click here to register.
