Real self-defense training including verbal defense anti-bullying techniques. Class incorporates fun and physical fitness with a practical American martial art. A free trial class is available. This program is an approved facility for GCISD off-campus PE for the 2025-26 school year. Students may substitute Kenpo Karate for their school PE credit.
