Women, it's time to claim your confidence! Colleyville's chief instructor, Susan Muegge, will teach this class. Self-defense is a component of all martial arts training, no matter what the style (e.g., karate, taekwondo, kung fu, jiu jitsu). We will work on basics of self-defense in this 60 minute class.
