CONTACT DEERFIELD HILLS COMMUNITY CENTER FOR QUESTIONS OR ASSISTANCE 719-385-5996HSD2 covers the program fee for before/after school program at all HSD2 elementary schools. The Before/After School Program held at this school site is for students at this elementary school (K-5 grade) only.
· Parents/Guardians must provide proof of school status or employment.
· All families must provide proof of qualification or non-qualification for CCCAP (Colorado Child Care Assistance Program).
· Attendance requirement: Parents/guardians will be contacted when their child has 5 days of absences and after 10 days of absences will be withdrawn from program.
