This Advanced Karate class is designed for students who have a strong foundation in martial arts and are ready to build upon their existing skills. The class emphasizes advanced techniques in traditional Karate, including complex combinations of strikes, blocks, stances, and footwork, as well as kata (forms) and controlled sparring.
