This beginning Karate class is designed for individuals who are new to martial arts and looking to develop foundational skills in a structured and supportive environment. This class focuses on the basics of traditional Karate, including essential stances, strikes, blocks and footwork. Students will also learn valuable life skills such as discipline, respect, perseverance, which are important component of karate practice.
