About This Activity
Description
Conserve natural resources and discover life-long outdoor skills as you explore Centennial Lake. Activities include fishing, canoeing, conservation, team building, and other hands-on aquatic activities. Earn a Flatwater Basics Paddling Certificate from a certified instructor while canoeing the 54-acre lake. Fee includes instruction, equipment, and activities. If your child will need to bring medication with them to camp, please fill out the Medication Administration Authorization Form (Camps) is attached above for you to download and fill out. It requires a doctor's signature, so please allow enough time for it to be complete before the start of camp.
Must have basic swimming skills to participate in water activities. We will try to keep groups consistent throughout the week. All campers must provide their own snacks (no peanut products) and bring plenty of water. Detailed information and camp participant forms will be emailed to registrants approximately two weeks prior to the start of each camp session. Schedule is subject to change; camp may be cancelled in case of inclement weather. In most cases, Friday will be used as a makeup day. Prompt drop off and pickup of child(ren) at recreational programs is mandatory. Must have basic swimming skills to participate in water activities. Special accommodations are available but not guaranteed. Requests must be made at least two weeks in advance.
