Description
Introducing the new SeniorsTogether discussion group, “In the News & Beyond”! Meets each week on Mondays starting April 8. The group discussion covers a variety of topics drawn from lead stories in local and national news outlets, plus arts/entertainment (movies and TV, theater, museum collections, etc.) and sports in a safe, non-confrontational, stimulating setting. Richard Rosenblatt, the facilitator, is a graduate of the University of Maryland Law School. In his public career with the State of Maryland he served as Assistant Attorney General, the Director of the Patuxent Institution, and before shifting to private health care, ended as Assistant Secretary for the Department of Public Safety.
