Refund Policy: By registering for Aurora STEAM Lab camp sessions, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any camp reservations under any circumstances. However, we allow the transfer of sessions to different dates or times, subject to availability. Additionally, credits may be applied to your family account for future use towards other Aurora STEAM Lab activities or registrations through our website. Please note that credits are not valid for use on any other registration sites. Coupons and promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or account credits.
