Hula hoop fitness is a fun, high-energy full-body workout that blends dance and movement to improve cardio, core strength, and coordination. Designed for all levels, classes allow you to move at your own pace while feeling challenged and supported. Set to upbeat, popular music, each session is engaging, inclusive, and led by an experienced instructor. Bring your own hoop and get ready to have fun while getting a great workout.
