About This Activity
Description
This unique camp is designed for aspiring dancers of all ages who not only love to move to the beat, but also appreciate the art of Taylor Swift’s music. Enjoy jazz and tap classes, blending rhythm and style with Taylor’s music. Learn fun dance routines, drawing inspiration from Taylor’s music videos and live performances. Enjoy fun crafts including friendship bracelets, album cover-inspired artwork, and your very own tour posters. Wear athletic attire including leggings and tank tops or your favorite Swiftie concert T-shirt. Jazz (or ballet) and tap shoes are required; please wear light socks under shoes. Info: Carson Nickell, 410-313-4721 or cjnickell@howardcountymd.gov.
If your child will need to bring medication with them to camp, please fill out the Medication Administration Authorization Form (Camps) found by clicking here: https://www.howardcountymd.gov/recreation-parks/forms-publications. After clicking link, got to "Camps, Classes, and Activities". It requires a doctor's signature, so please allow enough time for it to be complete before the start of camp.
