About This Activity
Description
Boys and girls have fun learning and playing the fascinating game of touch rugby with the Ellicott City Express programs. The league is designed for beginners through advanced players. Learn and improve skills needed to be successful in this fast Olympic sport. 5–16-year old's (co-ed) play a two-hand touch version. Games are played on Saturdays at different locations. Practices begin the first week of June. Games are mid-June to first week of August.

Participants need a water bottle, soccer/football cleats are recommended, and weather appropriate sports attire.
