About This Activity
Description
You and your child learn the basics of archery together! Equipment, safety and elements of shooting are covered by a USA Archery-certified instructor. Fee is for one parent and one child. No experience necessary and all equipment provided. Take this introductory course to be eligible for the HCRP Target Archery Skills Club and/or use HCRP equipment during Open Range time.
Family of three or more? A Friends & Family Adventure may save you money and meet that Intro requirement on your schedule! One 90-min target archery Friends & Family Adventure is $135 for up to three participants (add another archer or two for $25 each). Fee is for one parent and one child. In the case of siblings, we ask that a parent/guardian/other adult be present with EACH child (registration is per child).
Detailed info will be sent to the email of the participant in the week prior to the program – Check your registration to be sure you get it! No experience necessary and all equipment provided for use during the program. This class meets the Intro requirement for future HCRP Target Archery programs – you do not have to wait to sign up for the Archery Club but you must complete the introductory class BEFORE the start date of your Archery Club section.
