About This Activity
Description
Learn Kuk Sool Won, a systematic study of all the traditional fighting arts, which together comprise the martial arts history of Korea. Learn kicking, punching, martial acrobatics and self-defense techniques through a beautiful and dynamic hard/soft style focusing on discipline and respect. This program is extremely well organized and seeks to integrate and explore the entire spectrum of established Asian fighting arts and body conditioning techniques.
