About This Activity
Description
Build confidence against bullying, intimidation and fear! Join M.A.C.H. Tae(kicking), Kwon (punching), and Do (the way). Come kick, block, and punch with Krav Maga applications in a safe, fun, and exciting atmosphere. This class emphasizes self-defense, focus, courtesy, integrity, self-control, and courage from an International Taekwondo Federation (ITF) expert and 2021 Karate-Kung Fu Hall of Fame inductee.
