About This Activity

A fun, no-equipment exercise program designed to get elementary students moving, building healthy habits, and developing fundamental movement skills in a supportive, inclusive environment. This 45-minute program combines games, movement challenges, and age-appropriate fitness activities that keep kids engaged while promoting physical literacy, teamwork, and confidence.
