About This Activity
Description
Play Squash Academy world-ranked international coaches introduce you to what Forbes magazine named the healthiest sport. Squash players learn life skills on the court that give them the mental and physical grit to succeed in all their endeavors! Designed to build racquet skills, physical fitness, and game confidence. Match Play with active, positive coaching and critiques in an environment of camaraderie and support encourages each player to develop at their own pace. Play Squash Academy provides all equipment (including racquets, protective eyewear, and squash balls). All skill levels are welcome, best suited for beginners.
