About This Activity
Description
Calling all bug and insect lovers! There are over 900,000 different types of insects. Not only are there lots of them; they are important to the ecosystem! Become entomologists (scientists who study insects) while learning about insects and the amazing things they do. Week includes everything insect (scavenger hunt, identifications, and adaptations). Help your little insect pals! Use engineering skills to make a hornets’ nest. Be the architect and designer to construct a bee home. Tap into your agricultural skills to build a bee garden. All-day camps: bring a non-perishable, nut-free lunch, snack, and reusable water bottle. Half-day camps: bring a non-perishable, nut-free snack and reusable water bottle.
